On October 28, 2022, my Date and I chose Harvey?s to start the date at. It was both of our first time there and all We both... could say is that we?ll be returning!! Our Server Scott was super nice, friendly and professional as was the Atmosphere full ofenjoyment. We both ordered the Mushroom and Onion Burgers with Bacon and the Spinach and Artichoke Dip that the wait wasn?t longeven though it was super packed and very busy and Scott was cool the whole time. As we were enjoying everything at theRestaurant, we decided to continuously enjoy our Dinner at home because IT ALL WAS AWESOME and DEFINITELY received 5 Stars ?????????? and returning Visits. I wish I could get excited about this restaurant. I have eaten there probably 10 times, and I have enjoyed the food only once. ... I recently went there with a friend who raved about their potato soup and harvest sandwich. The potato soup tasted like it wasmade with old leftover cooked potatoes. The harvest sandwich was good except for the weird pumpkin sauce that made the sandwichtoo sweet. I have also had their dinner entrees that just didn't seem to be commensurate in flavor to the prices that theycharge. I will keep trying because they must have something on their menu that I enjoy. I have always liked Harvey?s. A couple of days ago I got an email about a special going on. We were in Saginaw and decided to... go there for dinner. So I pulled out my phone and showed the waitress and told her we wanted the special. It included anappetizer two entrees and two desserts. After dinner the bill came and was twenty dollars more than the special. Turns out thespecial was not good for day we were there and we had to pay full price for everything. We never would have even ordered allthat food if it had not been for the special. The manager came and told us tough luck basically. He brought the special menu tothe table and said a bunch of blah blah blah. I noted that the waitress did not tell us the special was not in effect. She tookour order knowing we wanted the special. More blah blah l blah tough luck buddy from the manager. At that point I admit I wasvery pi***d off and asked him to leave. My wife asked if he could give us any thing off and he agreed to take off the dessert. Idon?t think we should have had to ask the question. Food is good. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Really nice place to have lunch or dinner. The inside is clean and pretty. The staff was super nice. The drink menu is pretty... good and the prices are very reasonable. I want to go back for Happy hour and they have drink specials Sunday-Thursday. The foodselection is really good. This was my first visit and I will be going back to try other items. Read more
I luuurrrrrvvvvveee Harvey?s salads! My favourite? You ask? Their Tuna Ahi Salad! ???????? It?s HEAVENLY! (Pics attached) It... has fruits (pineapple bits and oranges - my favourites), vegetables, and perfectly cooked tuna and so much more! Their jalapeñospread is OH MY GAWD! ???? My friend had the Cobb salad which was amayyy-zing as well. I go to Harvey?s often and will keepdoing so! Highly recommend this place if you?re in Saginaw or just passing through. Read more
The Best Damn Margarita really is the BEST! Also, get the risotto, its amazing. I love coming here, but tonight Claire was my... server and she was awesome. I eat out alone a lot and am often left forgotten in a corner somewhere, and she took such greatcare of me and was very attentive, but also not overly attentive. She's great! Read more
