Im giving a good review to the manager on day shift, Kia, and to the rest of the staff who worked with her that shift (Nov 16,... 2022)! I ordered Monday night and wasn't satisfied with my order (gravy was half of the small container and l paid 4.99 for thatgravy itself. 10 pcs chicken was not cooked all the way through.) Tuesday night I went to the drive thru and complained, showedthem the picture of it but didn't get any receipt when I ordered it. The male american manager said he will need the actualproduct. Wednesday morning I went inside KFC and spoke to Kia (manager). Gave the actual product, told her my concern and sheimmediately apologized and did replace my order with a smile on her face. She was very apologetic, very professional, and reallyexemplify what a manager should be. I hope Kia sees this! Thank you so much! Read more
My wife ordered a bucket of chicken and we added large gravy via drive thru. That was 11.14.22 around 5 pm. No receipt after... paying. Thought they inserted it in the bag, that was not the case. Upon arrival at home, opened up the gravy container. Nospills. We only got half of the container. Kids were hungry so we didn't bother returning. Plus driving back and forth isprobably more expensive than the gravy itself. So key points are: 1. Please ask for receipt; 2. check order beforeleaving. Below is a photo, and please do not think we ate half of it. I wouldn't waste my time posting just to lie about it. Itis about the darn principle that we were served half of what we paid for. Order a 3pc leg and thigh with mash and gravy and Mac and cheese via the drive through on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at about... 10:05pm. Did not get a receipt from them, luckily, I paid with my LMCU card or I would not have a record. Got home and theygave me a 2pc leg and thigh. When I called to say I got a 2pc leg and thigh the girl that answered the phone claim she heard theorder and the guy entered a 2pc order. The only problem is my card says I paid for a 3pc. Just admit that you F'd up and wecould have moved on, instead let's steal from the customer and hope they will never leave a review. Read more

We go here at least once every 6 weeks or so for a KFC fix. We have yet to find another restaurant that serves fried chicken... and coleslaw as good as KFC. The potatoes leave much to be desired but we can live with it. I have at least once prepared realmashed potatoes at home to go with a KFC feast, but I don't do it every time because we usually only have KFC when I don't havetime to cook. The one thing that keeps me from giving this location five stars is: You never know when they are going to runshort on chicken. We have gone there to get buckets/barrels and were told that all we can get are 2 piece dinners. Strange. Read more

Drive thru staff was short and rude. Closed the window while I was asking her a question. Price and taste was decent.
