Really empty. No customers but me & my family. All the tables were dirty & it was 12:30pm. Prob from day before & never cleaned... cuz it was every table dirty. We had to wipe the cleanest of the dirty table to sit down. There were no napkins in the dispenser& no xtra of anything sitting out. The entire place was literally bare except behind the counter for employees working. Maybelack of help is issue or poor management or even the don't care attitude. Hard to really know. Maybe combo of all those things.Sorry to have to state but Its my truth. These things are easily fixed with a little effort put forth. Read more
Just received my doordash lunch, the bag was sealed with a sticker which had my correct order. I opened the bag and there was a... single piece of chicken in the box. I called to say there is a mistake and the girl hung up on me once i said i was callingbecause I got the wrong food, then took the phone off the hook. That is ridiculous, mistakes happen but you correct them notignore them. Read more

I've been in the food industry for over 20 years, and I've never wrote or complained about my food. This KFC is going down hill.... I used to get great food and service up into two years ago when they didnt didn't have chicken ready. I was in no rush, so Iasked them how long. They told me 25 minutes. Well 45 minutes went by and I asked them again how much longer. Again they told me25 minutes. I sat down and waited a additional 25 minutes. I actually put a timer on my phone just to make sure it was 25minutes. When the buzzer went off, I walked to the counter and asked if the food was ready. They told me 15 more minutes. Atthis point I just asked for my money back. Bad experience happen every once on a while, and I was understanding. Today, I wentthrough the drive thru approximately around 830. They asked me to pull up by the trash can. 15 minutes went by, no big deal. Afew minutes later they approached my car with food. I checked to make sure the food was correct. It was not. They gave mecoleslaw instead of macaroni. Not a big deal. Went in and they corrected the issue. My mistake was not checking how the foodlooked until I got home. The chicken was brunt. It seemed like they dropped old chicken in the fryer to make it warm. Thebiscuits were hard as a rock. Like I was banging them against a table and it didn't even break. I tried to call the storeafterwards, and no one picked up. I don't want anything for free, but I did just waste $32 on inedible food. I am using thispost make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. This is by far the worst KFC in Saginaw. Every time I go there the staff is rude and always a problem with the food. Either it?s... old, undercooked or tastes off. Not to mention it?s always unclean when I go in there. I waited 5 minutes before I was finallygreeted. I know it?s hard I worked fast but to the owner who is leaving generic replies. Is it acceptable that one of youremployees has torn up pants that I saw his legs? That is gross and a health code violation. I hate being so negative cuz I've worked fast food and I know how hard it is but this was a horrid experience. Everything was... filthy and disorganized, tables, floors, and staff. The cashier only offered ice to her family who was basically taking over thedining area while there was no ice in the pop dispenser. She said she was aware things were out but there was no signs. Mydaughter got a warm cup of what was supposed to be root beer. I had to get back in line for spoons and dip and tripped into thenext man in line over uneven tiles. Ordered through drive-in, paid and was asked to park and food would be brought to car. (2 of the 3 piece combos) After 45... minutes went to window to cancel order and was told new chicken was now ready. Was told they had a rush of orders for bucketsand larger orders they had to fill even though they came in after my order was placed. Then had to reminder them that slaw camewith combo. Once I got home and we open boxes saw we spent $23 for 3 legs and 3 thighs. Last time they get our business. Read more
Never going back to this KFC. The tenders were supper thin and as hard as rubber. The rest of the meal was also very bad. You... could tell they were over a day old and we could not eat them. Definitely not worth $30. Read more
