Was in here for door dash getting a customers order. Was supposed to be ready by the time I got there & it was not. Nothing new... for most places, usually just have to wait about 5 minutes. When I asked the manager about it he said they were working onit. I watched people come in after me, order, and get their food before me. I finally said something about this to be told theyordered different items they already had up, and that they cannot control the time on the door dash app that says when it?ll becompleted. Except, they can. They just have to contact door dash about changing the wait times for items. I dont care if ittakes an extra 30 minutes, but have that time be reflected to the customer correctly. The manager on duty ended up yelling atme, and finally gave me my order. Should not take 40+ minutes to make a pizza that isn?t a hot n ready. And they should?vehandled it with much more grace than they did. Will never order from this location. Read more
How can you not have cheese on half the pizza in the middle on a hot n ready
Some people I know don't like the pizza here, but it is one of my favorite places for pizza. I like the cheese stuffed crust... pizza and have never had any issues with my pizza here. Read more
Came in for a cheese pizza today. Quick and friendly service. The woman working cashier was incredibly kind and professional.... Kept the store clean while having a little down time after taking my order . Always have a good experience when coming to thislocation. Read more
Who needs this much irritation when trying to get fast food? Nothing this location is supposed to have hot and ready is ever hot... and ready. Today I witnessed a worker tell the people in front of me they were only going to get what was hot and ready andasked them to not order what they wanted Then she tried to second guess my order which was supposed to be a hot and ready item(which wasn?t ready). Usually pretty good. Had an issue once where someone came in and bought up every pie that was ready. Staff was pressed into... action as a rush of impatient customers came in directly after. Despite some rude customers, team here used a kind attitude andtook care, not only of me, but everyone who ended up waiting 20+ minutes for pizza they thought would be ready on demand. Maybethat staff should be able to rate some customers. Read more
Very good pizza. Quick and accurate every time. I think theres new management now an the people before used to be SO friendly.... Now they are kind of rude, short with you and they are definitely not friendly anymore. Which really sucks since this pizzaplace is so convenient and yummy. Read more
