Went drive-thru got a quarter pounder two ice cream cones and a medium fry the quarter pounder was a dried up burnt up... hamburger that we threw in the garbage when we got home . We won't be back. Read more

Cashier was rude and we had to repeat it order 5 times. My mom raised the volume of her voice a little bit and she's elderly.... Then the guy said we didn't have to yell and pull up to the window. My mom didn't yell her voice gets deeper and scratchy whenever she tried to talk louder if someone can't hear her. All we wanted was a diet coke and an un sweet ice tea. The person atthe window waved us on and said pull up to the next window when we tried to give her our card to pay for the 2 drinks. When weproceeded to the next window she went to the lady at the second window and said we didn't pay. We tried to expand what the otherperson said and wouldn't take our card and then other person got cocky and ugly with us. I'm from Texas. What an awfulexperience visiting here. I never had such rude service. Next time I'll go to Tony's restaurant. Better service for sure100% Read more

Absolutely horrible. We order a quarter pounder meal large and a filet o fish large. Had to pull ahead. 10 minutes later they... brought the wrong food. I had to go in and complain. They gave me a filet o fish meal finally - my husband's food was thencold. You want $15 an hour??????????? Read more
Third visit in a row that the Large Fry container was half full. No kidding. This happened at another location which makes me... believe this is intentional.
