I just left the drive-thru people are very friendly I had ordered two fish fillets a Coke and a small fry. I live about a mile... away the fish I threw out they were cold you can tell they're in a stage center because I've worked fast food before and I'mdone I'm done I'm done . I got to this location at least three times a week because it's close to my house and has a lower price point than the on... Gratiot in Thomas Township however after this week I will not being going here anymore. You clearly get what you pay for. Iwaited over ten minutes for a breakfast burrito which then was only half full the top half of the burrito had nothing buttortilla. The other day I ordered a quarter pounder with no onion got home to find it had extra onion so I went back and theydidn't even apologize I'M DONE with this location and will pay a little more because at least they can get my order correct fastand efficient. Called the mcdonald?s 20 min before coming and asked if ice cream machine was working and they said yes. When we ordered ice... cream they said the machine was down. we asked to talk to a manager and she claims we called the wrong mcdonald?s because she?never answered the phone?. They always have a long drive thru but they always knock it always and always get the orders correct! I really love this... McDonald?s! They are really understanding even if a mistake does happen they are not rude about it. They make frappes so good! Ilove the energy I get from the employees! The cashier at window is friendly and nice as heck, but the girl who took my order and handing me my coffee was the worst... ever. Really needs to be taught people skills. Read more
