Milanos pizza quality has came down a lot. Just ordered delivery yesterday and it was supposed to been a meat lovers pizza and... barely had any meats besides Pepperoni and Meatballs. No flavored crust as requested. The manager only said sorry there’snothing she could really do. I spent $22.99 for a speciality pizza and 5.99 for the other large pizza. I love Milano's pizza!!! But unfortunately I will have to quit eating here... As they continue to force their employees to wear... face masks... Not only have face masks been proven not to work as has been sold to the masses... They are unhealthy to wear forprolonged periods of time... The CDC has loosened the guidelines regarding their use... I cannot support this kind ofbusiness.... I appreciate your opinion on this matter as you are entitled to it.... But I strongly disagree with your choice...I will express my own opinion and no longer patronize this business... So good every time we order from here!!! Whether we carry out or have it delivered it’s always the best in Saginaw. They are... willing to deliver all the way to our house near Freeland if we aren’t able to go pick it up. And their staff is always sonice and helpful! Read more

Once again, the Milanos staff has absolutely out done their selves!! We ordered the chicken bacon ranch, half with black olives... instead of tomatoes. And bbq wings. Delivery was quoted at 45min- to an hour, it got here in 22 minutes. Was HOT, fresh out ofthe oven! Great price, great staff, great food, you Can't go wrong!!! Read more
This review is strictly on the salad I purchased. I'm completely shocked regarding the poor quality. Iceburg lettuce core galore... (I had to pick half the lettuce off, yellow/brown) Tons of green pepper and banana pepper (on a chef salad). They reallylowered their standards with this salad. And it was $10+. It would probably be in their best interest to just take it off themenu. Their pizza is amazing and definitely one of the best in town. The salad gets- one star. Read more
I always get delivery from Milanos they have the best customer service very friendly and professional and they also have the... best pizza in Saginaw. I am a regular so I am quite familiar with the delivery drivers one day my pizza wasn’t how it usuallyis, I love that Milanos follow up and call you and ask how was everything usually I have no complaints but this time I did Itold them how my food was and I told them it was fine I didn’t need a replacement restaurants have is days and out of amillion times I ordered from Milanos just one day it wasn’t as quite to my expectations was fine to me and it wasn’t a bighassle. But she insisted I get a pizza on the house next time I order like I told her it wasn’t necessary but she still didit. I thought that was very nice because I wasn’t even going to call them and complain I just love how they follow up on theycustomers. Read more
