I usually love Olive Garden, it's one of my favorite places to eat but the last few times the quality of food and service have... both gone down. Within my last few visits the bread sticks have been either burnt, underdone, or not seasoned. The soup hastasted very watered down, and the salad has been overpowered by the dressing to the point where the entire bottom of the bowl isnothing but liquid dressing. The entree's always taste great. The service this last time around wasn't horrible but thewaitress deferred to my husband in everything to the point where I got cheese on my meal that I didn't want and my drink wasnever refilled just my husband's. I'm still willing to keep trying because in the past the food and service have both beenexcellent but I'm losing hope. Read more
Olivia was the greatest server that we have had going out lately. She was attentive to detail and we didn’t have to ask for... anything she already had it handled. She was quick witted and serves us with a smile. Olive Garden should invest in moreemployees like her, she made the experience unforgettable. Food is excellent!! The staff are very friendly and professional!! Love the breadsticks and salad. The restaurant has the best... Italian food and desserts. Go there every chance we get!! It’s the Olive Garden! If you’ve been and haven’t been in a while, don’t fret, it hasn’t changed. The place was clean... and the staff seemed friendly. Bread sticks were good, the salad was fresh and the entree was good. It’s always consistentquality and I like that. My only complaint is that I felt hurried. I hadn’t even finished my plate of salad and I was beingasked if I wanted cheese on my entree. I was 3/4 of the way through my entree and the bill was ready and my wife was paying asI was finishing my plate. We weren’t asked if we wanted dessert. Went to this restaurant for the first time today as we live so far away. It was clean there were three people up front the two... at the greeting station welcomed us immediately the third was on the phone taking an order but she nodded her head inacknowledgement which was appreciated. We didn't have to wait to be seated. Now this is where the real experience comes in. Our waitress Lindsey was very quick to greet us and get our drink order and was knowledgeable of drinks they had and didn'thave. My husband ordered a beer and when she came back with all the drinks she also had a water for him which he normally willswitch to after one beer anyway. We were only getting the all you can eat as it is our favorite thing to get there. With us wasmy five year old son. He wasn't hungry as he ate a sandwich just before we went there so he really didn't want to eat. Knowinghe would pick at our plates (he loves soup and salad) we were willing to pay for him but we didn't know what soup he would like. We did ask for a side of grapes for him (was on the kids menu) with our salad she brought out three plates and his side. Whenshe asked what soup we wanted she asked about my son not knowing what he would like she offered to bring out some samples forhim. We ended up not getting him any as he didn't any even after trying ours. Lindsey was over constantly checking on uswithout being overbearing and concerned about my little one not really eating. when she asked if we wanted a box her and I endedup talking for a moment about the dressing next thing I know as she brings the box there is three take home cups of dressing.When we looked at our bill she didn't charge us for r son so our bill was really low as in not even 30 we paid on card and lefther a tip of thirty because of how wonderful she was. We had a wonderful dining experience here for dinner on Saturday. Firstly, the restaurant was immaculately clean and organized.... The greeters were friendly and professional. Our waiter, Jeffery, was fantastic. We waited for nothing. He checked in sofrequently. The manager went around and asked about our food and service. That was so refreshing. I'd actually forgotten thatwas common place at one time. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. Definitely makes you feel okay with spending some cashwhen it's worth it. We aren't Saginaw residents but I've already told friends to make it a point to go here when in town .Thank you for restoring our faith in the dining experience. Bravo! Read more
