We ordered pepperoni pizza a few weeks ago it was horrible. We tried again tonight. We hear a knock on the door & no one was... there. Then we noticed it laying on the porch & no bill. Also no tip as no.one was there. We did get text out of Wilmington, NCtelling us the pizza on our porch. Oh by the way the thin crust was like eating cardboard & no pepperoni on it. Read more

The pizzas were phenomenal! We drove 1hour and 30 minutes & it was so worth it!!! The service was impeccable, I can't say enough... about the staff, truly they were such a delight!!! We felt like we were family!! Very upset with this pizza. Medium pepperoni with light sauce and garlic knots. 5/8 of the pizza (including the piece missing)... clearly has no cheese. Garlic knots, in my opinion, to large and cannot cook correctly. I feel ripped off. Read more

I believe I had 5 stars here before cause I love it, I still do really. However tonight I experienced something horrible, the... pizza came like never made before. On the worst way possible, it went from being the best thing ever for me on pizzanights(usually order from this location at least once a week, so you know I know how good the pizza was) , to a verydisappointing dinner. How can you mess up a tuscan six-cheese pizza?IDK what happened there, and I guess they didn't know eitherwhen we called. Rude and it was an employee trying to play as a manager, then to listen to my problem and make fun of us.Sad. Manager quickly solved the problem after said employee handed the phone to her but she didn't seem to catch what happenedwith the pizza either ? Read more
We have been ordering from this Papa John's for over 20 years. I cannot remember ever having a bad experience here. The pizza is... much better than any other chain in my opinion. Even throughout Covid they always provided a great experience and great food. Read more
