Great pizza, but don't eat here if your allergic to sunflower oil.
Love their veggie pizza and the cinnamon pull aparts.
We've ordered food from this papa johns for 10+ years now as we live close and its always been good food and customer service.... The last 2 times in a row we've ordered the delivery has taken a long time, and the food hasn't been great. The last timespecifically is what prompted me to review. I call over the phone requested a delivery order. Placed the order, the guy on thephone asked if I wanted pick up or delivery. I tell him again delivery. He tells me 35-45 minutes and I pay with my card overthe phone. An hour and twenty minutes later I call to see if they had the wrong address as the pizza still hadn't arrived. Thefemale on the phone told me it was put in for a carry out. She was going to "make sure the food was still OK and send it out assoon as they can" another 20 minutes goes by and my food finally shows up. Dried out, cold, and the breadsticks are getting hardalready. Then instead of anyone apologizing for the mistake the delivery driver hands me the boxes never says anything andimmediately turns around and walks away. Bad food, bad service, rude people. Read more
Pizza was good, but menu needs to be extended. I wanted to order pasta, but they don't offer it on the menu.
Best people ever! First of all, Papa John's is my favorite pizza. This time we tried the new papadillas and they were... absolutely fabulous! I was debating getting a Hawaiian pizza and it just so happened they accidentally made an extra pizza...and it was Hawaiian! Great service, fast, quality food, friendly people... overall awesome! We order from here regularly and are always pleased, mostly online orders which is quick and easy. I've never had an issue with... there online either. Delivery time is moderate but the food is always hot and the drivers are always friendly. All there food istasty but pizza is my main go to. Read more
I have ordered from this particular Papa John's several times over the years. I may have had an issue once in that time where my... pizza took forever to be delivered, I believe my online order was never processed and I was offered nothing but an apology forhaving to wait 2+ hours. That being said, every other time I have ordered from this store, the delivery has been lightning fast,the drivers are very friendly and the quality of the food is great! Read more
So.....does delivery end at 10:45 or 11:00? It says delivery till 11, but I placed an order online at 10:35 and I got a call... approximately 8 minutes later and a young lady stated they were closed. They canceled my order.. So exactly what time do I haveto place an order so it can be delivered before 11? Doesn't matter. I'm done with PJ Pizza for good. No customer serviceanymore, late deliveries when I do order way before closing and none of the employees care anyway. Farewell. Read more
