Absolute worst fast food establishment I?ve ever been to. I?ve been going here for 15 years and it used to be run by amazing old... folks who were excellent at their job. The community adored them. Now we have a bunch of rude, inept people who hate their joband their customers, and make terrible coffee and food. It?s sad really. Upper management desperately needs to step in. Read more
I take part responsibility because I didn't realize I forgot to get my card back... But they also forgot to give it to me.... (Drive thru) I called and and they informed me they had it.... I informed them i would be over to pick it up next week becauseI was out of town. When I stopped to pick it up no one could find it... They called the manager and she said since no onecalled they cut my card up and threw it away. Funny I remember calling and having a conversation with them. At the very leastthey could have returned it to my bank or called them and they could have contacted me before cutting it up. Another note...When I went in and was waiting (Saturday) I went to sit down but there wasn't a clean table or area in the lobby. Theydefinitely won't be getting my business in the future... Customer service and cleanliness seems to be the last thing thislocation is worried about. Read more

Thomas township location use to serve good cafe mocha but they?ve done something to change their ingredients. It now tastes... awful. No mocha flavor. Just takes like weak coffee. Read more
The people that work here clearly hate their jobs. Extremely rude from the management to the workers. Repeatedly. They are... constantly out of donuts (at 11am on a wknd) eggs and bacon. Seems like incredibly poor planning. This is not an isolatedincident be any means. This store needs huge help. State st and the Midland store are far superior. They had no drinks with milk in it. After choosing something else (already waited in line for 15 mins to even order and had no... way to leave without waiting in line) finally get up to the window...after 5 more minutes, asked to pull around and wait forthe drink. Requested a refund instead. Lady worming the window got snotty "Well you are going to have to wait for a refund justlike the drink". When the manager came she was also rude. I never leave bad reviews. But today I need to make a point. Went early this morning for my daily coffee at 7:30am. "Espresso... machine down for cleaning". Peak coffee sale time seems like a bad time to be doing that. But ok, I'll come back later. 1:00pm... I call ahead to make sure they have espresso. "Yeah we have espresso now." Cool... get to the drive thru, "I'm sorry butthe espresso machine is down for cleaning." So I said that I had called ahead and was told they DID have espresso. The girl says"Hang on let me check on that." I wait about a minute, and she comes back on to ask me to pull up. At the window I got told ONCEAGAIN that the machine is down for cleaning. I double checked the phone number to make sure I called the correct store. And YESI DID! Yes, it's just coffee. My issue is about lying to your customers.
