Horrible experience every single time. The kitchen area is dirty. Staff is outside playing in the trash. 3 times in a row they... served a rotten egg. For its menu prices their service, cleanliness and quality is worse than mcdonalds. They are in real needof new management. Read more
Stopped by and got my usual extra lg coffee 4×4. Took 3 sips and couldn't stomach anymore. When I dumped it out there was a... curdled like residue on the lid and on the inside of cup. Instead of costing me $2.32 it was $2.70. I use to love tim hortonscoffee but with their new changes I dont see them staying in business too long. Read more
Will never come back to this location worst fast food service I've ever had! Some supervisor they have working there ????????... couldn't even get our order right waited for ever still never got all the order before we just ended up leaving! That place hasturned into a joke definitely don't put the customer first and act decent to a waiting customer that already payed! Read more
I went inside to order a box of coffee and a dozen donuts for some construction workers. The staff treated me (and those ahead... of and behind me in line) like they were doing us a favor, even seemed annoyed to serve their customers. The lady at the frontcounter could not multitask, and waited for two pots of coffee to brew to fill my box before helping the person behind me (andthere were 3 people behind her!). She also wiped her nose and face a few times with her bare palm before handling items likecoffee filters, cups, stir sticks, and the wax paper for the donuts. Unbelievable. Conversation between employees was notprofessional or courteous. The customer behind me ordered three dozen donuts and was glared at?and then the customer actuallyapologized for her large order! Perhaps other Tim Hortons locations provide better customer service and have high standards ofcleanliness and personal hygiene...I will certainly not be going back to this location. Read more

Okay so the staff is great and I get exceptionally great service every-time I come here. However, the app never works. Why have... buy one get one free or $1 coffees if you can?t use the app. Manager always overrides the app as it never works and I?ve had tocall and speak with corporate in regard to the issue. Besides the complaining the line moves fast most days and the coffee isalways made good! I am a frequent flyer for sure. Read more
Yuck. Uncooked eggs on breakfast sandwich, freezer burned hash browns and bitter, burned coffee along with missing items from... older. Skip this place for sure. Trash ALL over parking lot @ dumpster. Sad. Look Read more
