I love tropical smoothie especially the Kiwi Quencher and buy one atleast 3 times a week. Unfortunately sometimes the fruit is... not ripe and the smoothie taste bitter and has no flavor, those ones i just throw away. When the smoothies are sweet they tasteamazing. Placed my order online for pickup and received a message it was ready.I checked the pickup are but my order wasn't ready.I sat... to wait.Finally,after 10 minutes I was asked If I had an order.I explained the situation and come to find out my order was onthe counter.The worked simply handed it to me and never apologized.The food was cold.It was not busy at the time and no othercustomers were in the store.The workers seemingly did not want to acknowledge my presence and were too business talking to oneanother.I could possibly understand had it been busy and short staffed but this wasn't the case Read more

The smoothies and service are great. I must say very expensive. Almost $7 a smoothie for me and my husband. A little pricey... but was great. All the workers had a smile and were happy to help us with questions! Read more
The best tropical smoothie around!!! Absolutely love them!!! Their customer service is amazing and the quality of their drinks... are just perfect!!! Ordered online for pickup, got the alert that my order was ready for pickup. I get there and check the pickup orders and my... receipt was there with a sign that said "order in progress". I sat down and waited, come to find out a worker asked if I waswaiting for a pickup order, I gave her the name and it was sitting behind the counter instead of the pickup/delivery shelf andmy food was cold. The one star is due to the worker who checked, made my food fresh and apologized. Seems some of the workerswere worried about their friends who came in the store. Read more
Always super professional workers inside and are always hard working! Staff makes sure to get drinks out in a good time! Also,... if you download the app and place your order on the app it is so much quicker than waiting inside. You can select a time youwould like your order ready for pick up.
