The food was excellent, though the salmon was a bit overdone. Still flovrful and delicious though! Prices were reasonable and... the server we had was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. There was no wait when we arrived, though there was a slight wait when we left. Thestaff is courteous and on top of drink refills, removing plates, and checked in with us throughout our meal. So I feel a bit conflicted about this review. Whenever we go here, I get the pizza which I think is amazing. I have tried... several of their pizzas and every time it has been delicious. My wife usually forgoes the pizza and gets a separate entrée. Nomatter what she gets, she does not care for the taste. Last thing she got was the fish and chips and she did not care for it. So I guess just get the pizza and you can't go wrong? Read more
One of the best restaurants to eat in Saginaw! The staff is outstanding! The manager is awesome, always makes sure his... customers, and employees are taken care of, he's not afraid to get his hands dirty either! Drinks are very good, with a greatselection! To Gregg B, who wrote the review prior to mine, If you want cheap pizza, then go to Little Caesars or some other cheap fast... food pizzeria . This is quality Chicago style deep dish, which is its own thing. The prices are in line with other restaurantsthat serve Chicago style deep dish. As for my review, I used to live in Chicago, I am grateful to have a UNO's in the area sothat I can still enjoy great Chicago style deep dish. Definitely some good pizza here -- I loved that buttery and rich crust.Just delicious. Chicago style pizza isn't for everyone, I get that. Just a shame some people leave negative reviews when theyhave zero understanding of the product. Anyways, to the UNO's staff, keep up the great work. Delicious food. Read more
It's a UNO chain so you know the food is yummy. The service was great at this particular one. We got our 'to go' order in... quickly and while we waited several of the staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Read more
My review keeps getting deleted so I'll co tinge to post it. 2 weeks ago we walked in with no one else in the restaurant. Got... seated right away. 15 minutes go by and our drink order still wasn't taken. Of course we were sat in the back corner. All theemployees were by the bar having a great time laughing. We continued to sit for 5 minutes and ended up walking out. Not a singleperson said a thing to us as they watched us walk out. Read more
Decent restaurant to sit down and have a meal. The stuff chicken is a good dish to order and the loaded mashed potatoes... compliment the chicken. The drinks are pretty good as well. I would recommend this place for some good food. Read more
Convenient for hotel guests. Great food and the staff was Class A. Waited about 10 minutes for our food and it was delicious.... Only negative thing, it was fairly cool in the restaurant. I had to leave my jacket on. But I tend to be colder anyway. Read more
