I ordered a chicken sandwich and the center was raw!!!! The manager was horrified, apologized, refunded my money, however it... became evident that the timer on one of the fryers is broken! Overheard staff telling her it look done, but as she knew thetimer was broken. Behind the counter looked dirty and unkempt. They offered free food, I refused it all and thank God I didn'tget sick from eating 1/4 of sandwich before I hit raw chicken! Read more
First off we were almost hit by another car passing us on the passenger side in the parking lot. We waited a very long time for... our food after ordering to the point that our sandwiches were lukewarm and our fries were cold. We also waited about 5minsbefore we were waited on. I came here Thursday sept 8th and ordered 2 crispy chicken BLTs, and the girl who took my order was young & you could tell she... was tired, they were busy... they messed my order up and only gave me a chicken sandwich with mayo..but charged me the 2.79 forthe BLTs. so I went in and a Young Gentleman by the name of JOHN helped me out, he took care of me immediately and cooked me 2fresh Chicken BLTs. He was very kind, And Happy to help me out, he noticed that I'm very pregnant, and offered me a seat to putmy feet up, and would bring my food over to me. The only reason I gave a star was because I had to. This was the worse Wendy?s I?ve ever been to!! Completely messed up my order... did not give me the correct burgers. I order a 4 for 4 and only got the fries and burger. I also order baconators and did notget them. The only order that was right was my daughter she got a 4pc nugget. When I tried to call them they did not answer.WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! Read more
Always a long line, workers do what they can do for you for the most part. I haven?t had to many bad experiences here as I come... here frequently. Any time there was an issue the manager has always resolved it. I love this Wendy?s out of all of the ones InSaginaw. Read more
