The taco salad I had here was very good. Fresh lettuce and not skimpy on the toppings. I ate inside and the lobby and dining... area was immaculate. I like Wendy?s for there Frostys which were excellent. Of Course the Bacon Cheesburger and the potatoes are always good. Always... ask for extra sour cream because the potatoes are big!! For being in a truck stop the takeout went smooth not a lot of waiting. Read more
Rude customer service. Told me I couldnt order a salad at 10:40am because they were just switching over for lunch, but I also... couldn't order breakfast. Asked what I could order and they said it would just be a wait. Ordered a salad again, wanted to make1 customization and was told I couldn't because they are premade. I have been going to the drive-thru at this location for 4 years. Consistently pretty good service and the chili at this store... is better than most other Wendy's. However, for the first time I went inside to order and while the food was still goodquality, the service was lacking. It's pretty clear that they prioritize the drive-through customers over the interiorcustomers. I counted 15 vehicles going through the drive-thru has three of us were being waited on inside. 25 minutes for achili and a baked potato. Still good food... for a Wendy's. But management needs to place a higher priority on the insidecustomers. Still getting them five stars because I've been a satisfied customer for quite a while. I've been here a couple of times. Most of the time, the place is empty because those that come get food are just passing... through. The staff are friendly, helpful, and keep the place looking clean and tidy. The menu is a bit different than locationsoutside of gas station stops. It's not terribly different though and some might not even notice. The food usually comes out hot.Only a few times where my fries were a bit colder but not enough for me to leave a terrible review. My coke and my wife's lemonade came with no ice. The coke was warm and flat I couldn't even drink it. Forgot my double stack,... and neither of our spicy chickens had lettuce. It was pretty fast, especially since that's one of the slowest wendys around. Iwon't go back after today Read more
