10/25/22 **** Update Another mess up of the order. No veggies this time in my bowl. The queso tasted like sour cream and that's... what we got for $3. The incompetents working here need to be replaced with people who care about their work. When will Chipotlefix the problems at this location? Look at your reviews they speak for themselves. What a horror show. Previous Review: Here's my first time review for this location. You get 1 star. Are we using chop sticks to make the bowls? Is it a supplychain issue? Not enough ingredients? I paid $10.60 for this? This is about $5.30 worth. Screwing me out of a full bowl doesn'tmake me a happy customer. Cramped space. There wasn't a lot of space between seats or from the counter to the 1st row. Some items were from the freezer... versus being fresh so the texture difference was more noticeable. This is absolutely the worst Chipotle. They consistently get my order wrong. This is the last time I?m ever going to visit this... location. Last time they marked our entrees wrong, didn?t include all the requested toppings, and majority of the beef was fat.I went back thinking maybe I was going too late, and maybe going earlier would ensure my order would be correct. WRONG!!! Bothburritos we ordered were missing ingredients. On top of that all the meat and guac was on one side of the burrito and all theveggies on the other side. Service was decent, food was pretty good as they had just replenished most of the line. The line itself however was disgusting.... It looked like it hadn?t been cleaned for hours. The store could definitely use a lesson in cleanliness but other than that,we?ll be back. Read more
