Food is hot and fresh. I fortunately there wasn't any sweet teas. I waited for 15 minutes and still no tea. When I asked for the... tea again they told there wasn't anymore. I ordered on the app not realizing that inside was close and I selected the inside pick up option. I called and A gentleman told... me to park and wait and he would bring me out to food. After a while I called back and told someone else I was parked out byspot three, the lady had informed me that the drive-through was the only way I can get my food. I drove around and the line wassuper long so I called back once more and the gentleman answered again stating that he would bring out my food for me which Ireally appreciated! For years now, almost every morning I order oatmeal NO CREAM because I'm allergic. But I can count on 1 hand the # of times my... order has been correct. A lot of times I end up throwing my order away cause I don't want to drive back and spend another 20minutes in line so they can correct my order. i usually order through the app so i can avoid the long lines and possible issues that may take place with the cashiers. on the... app they have a place where the entire purpose is choosing if you are taking the food to go or if you are eating in. i clickedon eating in so i was supposed to get a tray. when my number was called i politely told her i was eating in and she argued withme saying that the paper didn’t say that- which i was fine with. i took my food and went to the soda area, but i was not okaywith her talking about the experience with another coworker as if i was the villain in that situation. if you can not cater toyour customers through the app than that’s the franchise problem ! the food was good .
