Food is hot and fresh. I fortunately there wasn't any sweet teas. I waited for 15 minutes and still no tea. When I asked for the... tea again they told there wasn't anymore. I ordered on the app not realizing that inside was close and I selected the inside pick up option. I called and A gentleman told... me to park and wait and he would bring me out to food. After a while I called back and told someone else I was parked out byspot three, the lady had informed me that the drive-through was the only way I can get my food. I drove around and the line wassuper long so I called back once more and the gentleman answered again stating that he would bring out my food for me which Ireally appreciated! For years now, almost every morning I order oatmeal NO CREAM because I'm allergic. But I can count on 1 hand the # of times my... order has been correct. A lot of times I end up throwing my order away cause I don't want to drive back and spend another 20minutes in line so they can correct my order. The managers need to be replaced at this facility. Very very very slow. Very bad customer service. Nothing to wipe down the... kiosk. I was kind and asked for my burger to be well done and for the fries to not be too burnt, even wished them a blessed day. The... burger came out decent but my fries were definitely what was left over. This McDonald's ALWAYS has a long line, meaning theydon't know what tf they're doing. i usually order through the app so i can avoid the long lines and possible issues that may take place with the cashiers. on the... app they have a place where the entire purpose is choosing if you are taking the food to go or if you are eating in. i clickedon eating in so i was supposed to get a tray. when my number was called i politely told her i was eating in and she argued withme saying that the paper didn’t say that- which i was fine with. i took my food and went to the soda area, but i was not okaywith her talking about the experience with another coworker as if i was the villain in that situation. if you can not cater toyour customers through the app than that’s the franchise problem ! the food was good .
