Me and my grandchildren went there for breakfast today after church to get waffles hash browns bacon and orange juice well we... sat there at the bar area to watch them cook the girls love to do that it took a long time to receive our food one piece at atime they got their waffles with the orange juice but where's the bacon where's the hash browns 10 minutes later the hash brownsI didn't even get my hash browns where's the bacon the bacon never came till the end of the meal the manager didn't do anythingabout it he was right there when I got my hash browns at the last of the mail they gave some of my hash browns to another ordercuz I sat there and watch them I got a half order I don't understand why me and my grandchildren only got the bad service wheneverybody else around us was getting their full meal at the same time and we didn't I don't understand why?? Great service with a smile. Same food as it's always been but that's the whole point of going.
I love waffle house, but Saturday night / Sunday morning was absolutely the most horrible service I have ever experienced in my... life. I felt like we were in a movie. The only good thing about our visit was the food and I have to give props to the cooksONLY. I never leave reviews, but feel like this one should get noticed. Our waiter was too worried about sleeping in the cornerthan he was waiting on us. He didn't talk, almost spilled my husbands coffee on the table and was the most horrible excuse ofan employee that I've ever came across. I feel sorry for his co-workers. The cooks are the only ones that were actually workingduring our visit. If you are going to pay your employees to sleep, props to you I guess. We usually love Waffle House. This one is slow service, not super friendly, kitchen seemed very chaotic. 10 min after we... ordered, the kitchen staff were asking us what we ordered because they weren't sure if they had cooked our food or not. Always great food at Waffle House and great service. Our first time at this particular Waffle House. Plenty of parking and... there is a ramp for easier access if if there is a problem with mobility. I had a recent knee injury and availed my self of theramp. The restroom was well kept. Read more
We were waiting for the car next door, so we decided to eat breakfast. I haven't been to a Waffle House since they were all you... can eat. You just can't beat it. This location has awesome cooks and servers. My Philly sandwich was really good! Highlyrecommend. Read more
if you?re gonna grab it to go just save yourself some time and money by going to ihop. waffle house started charging an extra 5... dollars as to go service and fees . they stick it in at the end of the itemized billed so beware. most places just have it builtin to their prices so i was surprised when i saw those extra charges on the bill. when i got there my order wasn?t evenfulfilled correctly which was a bit frustrating. at least they were able to correct it and give me my missing item . i ordered achicken hashbrown bowl and the chicken was undercooked Read more
