The fact that they won't open the dining room at this point is simply ridiculous. Tells me someone there just didn't want the... responsibility of having to clean that area. After sitting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes, I left I'll eat elsewhere. Read more

We stopped at this location while we were picking up photos from Walgreens. I had a hankering for one of those strawberry... lemonades and my kiddo wanted to try a frosty. She?s never had one so I decided why not? Our order was perfect! The ladyhanding orders at the window was so sweet and they filled my frosty up full! I usually don?t make post but y?all have to do better! It?s always something missing or wrong when we order with you all! Will... never DoorDash because my whole meal was missing. When we go through the drive thru sauce is missing we are missing fries! It bethe easiest order too smh! The food is good but when it comes to paying attention to detail you guys lack! Read more

I went to pick up a Grubhub order around 3:30pm, went through the drive thru because the lobby is never open anymore that I?m... aware of. I told them at the speaker about my order and they told me to pull ahead. Got to the window and they had me park so atthis point I?ve been waiting for about 10 min, it was 4 sandwiches and 2 fries so no problem a decent size order. Then they alsopark the 2 cars behind me. Then a few min later a young lady comes out and tells me it will be 5 min. At this point I know it?sgoing to be longer than that from experience. A few minutes later they bring out a big bag and bring it to the car they parkedafter me. Absolutely pathetic, I?ve worked at Wendy?s making sandwiches and it shouldn?t take that long. Line wasn?t long but they parked me and two other vehicles. Items missing from order when they brought out and argumentive staff... when questioned; like it wasn?t his fault. Never said it was just letting you know my meals don?t have fries. Then no strawsand the lobby is closed due to staffing shortages. Read more

There was a roach in my food and the manager could care less. We have filed reports and still have not heard anything. The... manager even claimed to not know how to do a refund and wanted to pay me out of her pocket! Read more

Me and my husband each had a mobile order here and went to pick it up. When we got to the drive thru they said they had his but... could not find mine. We then drove up to the window and they asked us to pay for my husband's and we told them it was paid onthe app. They said that's right and handed us my order. We then asked where my husband's order was and they said they could notfind it and we should park and they would bring it out. So we park and wait another 20 min and no one comes. Then we tried to goin, but I guess the dining room isn't open so we called. It then rang about 11 times before someone answered and said to theywould start making his order and it would be out in 3 min. I said we had put our order in an hour ago and they said they had alot of big orders and weren't able to keep up. Ours was not one of these big orders. My husband's order was just 2 hamburgers.I was so happy that I moved close to a Wendy's, but this was such a disappointment. They did not even offer us anything forwaiting so long. They could've given us a drink or discount or something. It was really bad customer service. We are awaiting amessage from the headquarters where we reported it. I would not recommend this place at all. This is my least favorite Wendy's. Read more

Placed my order / They said I just ordered the burger not the combo, Tried to argue and tell me thats not what I ordered and... didn't even attempt to fix it...Asked several times to go ahead and make it a combo I will pay the difference... Employees wereconfused, Having a really hard time to proceed with the basic task...... Place is a joke. Save your time and money and gosomewhere else. ZERO customer service. Read more
