One of the worst Whataburgers I?ve ever been to. The order takers are incredibly slow, the lobby and seating area is always... dirty. Consistently inconsistent They literally have the best onion rings when they are cooked fresh. Well not this visit, soggy... reheated or another customer didn't want it so they gave to me after trying them out for themselves. Absolutely not today! Read more

My favorite Whataburger by far! It?s always busy and you can always expect to wait for what seems like forever but their... customer service is amazing! I had ordered curbside and they were busier than their normal busy and the girl helping me youcould tell was overwhelmed but she never lost her spark and kept smiling. There was miscommunication but her attitude said itall. I love when people actually care for people and because I was so impressed I ended up giving her a $20 tip! I spent 57 minutes waiting in the drive-thru for a mobile order that was supposed to be ready in 5-8 minutes. I got to the... window and they tried to give me someone elses order. I said my order was the mobile order and wouldn't you know it....theyforgot to make my order. The chick at the window said it still had 5 minutes to go and for me to pull forward. So, I did. Almost 20 minutes later, they finally brought my food out. Hardly "fast" food. So, why did I still give this location 3 starsinstead of a lower score.......cause it was delicious. The food was all hot and fresh. French fries were overflowing the box. The Spicy Chicken Peppercorn Ranch Club was juicy and crunchy. It was amazing. Under new management. My burger was not made correctly and only noticed it when I got home. I called the store and advised them... of the error. They told me I could get my order remade. The next day, when I came to get my order remade, the new manager gaveme a very difficult time. She was not willing to remake my order because I could not remember the name of person I talked to onthe phone. Apparently that same manager had been working the previous day and she was not the one that talked to me. She was notwilling to do anything for me until I remembered the name of the person I talked to. So we just stood there, awkwardly, staringat each other. I was not going to remember the name out of nowhere. She also wanted to know the exact time that I called. Shewas making feel very uncomfortable to the point where I was just going leave. I did turn to leave and she finally gave in andtold me she would remake it. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor and she didn't need to make my order right. Iwouldn't have even come back if the person hadn't told me. What a horrible experience. I'm not a big fan of WhatABurger, but nowI'm definitely am not. Read more

I just had the worst experience ever at a whataburger. I waited 30 total probably around 50 minutes in line for a $15... breakfast order and then they came outside twice to ask me what my order was. So I asked for a refund and the manager Micah saidthey did it but aren't required or able to give proof of refund that legally you are required to give and that the GM doesn'thave a email address. Also team members are a great bunch it's just the incompetent managers. Read more
