We had a reservation for a party of 10 over one week ahead of time for 5:30 pm at 5:20 pm they called to tell us they overbooked... and that we would be moved to the bar area knowing very well there was a baby with us. Those tables are too high for the babychairs. Add the 1 hour wait for the appetizers. Would not recommend this specific boston pizza. Read more

That is a very great place to go with kids. And the food is not that bad.

We ordered an appetizer and 2 main. We waited over 50mins for the appetizer. The wait time was so long. The server apologized... and did say they are having a busy night but perhaps let the customers know of the wait times before you seat them. Extreamly unorganized with tables, food orders. We sat there for 45 minutes for the apetizer. They ended up offering it for free... after we complained. The appetizer was too salty for me. On the bright side, the main course was good and tasty. The portion wasfairly large. And the staff were friendly although messy. Read more

It's been YEARS since I stepped foot into a BP and to say we're disappointed is beyond an understatement. Me, my husband and 3... year old daughter came in yesterday evening (Friday June 17th) for dinner. We ordered the Thai bites as an appetizer, I got thefettuccine Alfredo, husband ordered the new Penne alfredo dish and my daughter ordered a mini pizza. The waiter arrived with aspecial blue drink with cotton candy for my daughter which we never ordered so I assumed it was just the waiter being super kindto my daughter and that it was apart of the meal or complimentary. Then, our food arrived. My husband's order was completelythe wrong dish. We had to wait 40 MINUTES for his dish to come out while my food sat there as we both nibbled on it because wewere hungry. But wait, the appetizer didn't even arrive so we asked about it and finally it came out AFTER our meals LOL, whata joke. She barely acknowledged any wrong doing, she barely acknowledged the mistakes had she just TAKEN NOTES of the orderbecause clearly her mind was not there. The food was medicore, my dish was cold so she asked if I wanted to reheat it.Obviously I did. But when it returned back to me it was still cold and I was exhausted dealing with her incompetence that I justcouldn't eat my food. We waited for the bill, then to my alarm I see that she actually charged us for my daughter's cottoncandy drink, that we never asked for. It was 2.99 and I wasn't about to create a stink over it. I asked for napkins FOUR timesand she finally brought it when I said, "for the 4th time, do you mind bringing napkins for my daughter".
