This place was completely disorganized! Be forewarned. The drive-thru ordering screen was broken, but you only found out when... you drove up to it. The complete line of 10 cars, and counting, had to order, pay, and wait for their items at the window wicketcausing each order to be 3 times as long from end-to-end. You would think given the order screen outage, the manager would havebetter organized his/her team for a better ordering process, but instead they placed an inexperienced cashier at the window, whodidn't understand your order, didn't know how to calculate change, didn't know how to work the cash, or how to multi task toimprove the client experience. Lesson learned, if there are 3 cars in line go inside to place your order. If the indoor space isclosed for service, check out the drive-thru at McDs up the street. Read more

Food was perfect but service was very slow. Lack of personnel I believe was to blame.

Wow, I am always flabbergasted by how different of a servie I get from one Tim Horton to another one. I asked for a Refresh tim,... with half of the syrup?I get it and it?s the regular amount of syrup. I exchange it and they give me no syrup. Like how bad of aservice is going that. Read more

The guy who served my wife and I was high out of his mind. He kept giving us the food that was for the people in the drive... through he also saw us waiting for a coffee for over 25 minutes and didn?t care to ask what was missing. The staff is completelylost and un managed. I don?t understand how an employee of a franchise like Tim Hortons can be working under the influencewithout anyone paying attention. Not to mention the fact that it?s dangerously dirty in a place where food is served it?s ahealth hazard. Read more

The worst management I've seen of any Tim location. In the last few months, constantly in lack of staff. That wouldn't bother me... so much if they at least took the time to clearly signal when they are closed, like putting a cone in front of the drive thruand disable mobile orders to prevent us from ordering. I've repeatedly contacted the customer service to give them feedback, andthey don't seem to take it seriously. Read more

The worst Tim Hortons ever. They can't get one single order right. You ask for black coffee they put cream. You ask for... cappuccino, they give you iced cappuccino. You ask for sausage, they put bacon. They assemble your sandwich without anycare. Employees usually in bad mood. No smiles. Trash. Go to McDonald's instead. They know how to treat their customers right. Read more
