Today 2 of July 2020 (9:50am) I made an order of 2 ice caps and while I was still on the microphone I modified my order and I... was told I can change it when I get to the window. The manager at the window refuses to modify it (in a rude and unprofessionalway) « I don?t have time to change your order sir! », he said. And told me to re-make the line of the drive through yet Iwaited 10+ minutes Like everyone else. I understand it was in the middle of a rush but there no need to refuse me the requestedservice. I took my grandson for lunch for a treat. First of all the cashier REFUSED to speak english or make any attempt to... accommodate us. Place was none too clean. Also my husband kindly passed an article which someone had overlooked orforgotten, to the same cashier and all she could do was grab it ,no merci, or thank you.
