sometime quick, sometime slow, maybe be a few mistake here and there but they always fixed the issues

Bad food. Ice cream is not even ice cream. It was more like crystalized flavored milk. Im not sure if it was because it melted,... was expired or is some kind of lactose-free ice cream. The menu in english claims you can get a lava cake when you actually geta cheap frozen mi-cuit. The fact that the restaurant was almost empty says a lot. The superstar submarine sandwich is alright.I also ordered out one time as well...they messed up the order and requested the mistaken sandwich back lol. I didnt like theexperience. Good place and the best attention

Tried to place an order online, website wouldnt work properly. Called restaurant, advised I wanted a no-contact order...was... told ok. Then when order was placed, advised...sorry, must pay driver. Total joke. Will not order or eat there or at Mikes ingeneral. Read more

Great subs . Quick service and meal arrived hot and to my surprise they heat their plates WOW . Loved it

We came here for a quick bite and got the service of a life time. Not only was the food tasty delicious and warm but the desert... what's a surprise. We called mikes, Wich is 10 minutes of our house to get 2 medium pizzas. We were not impressed as it came to our house 1h and 30... minutes after calling. It arrived cold aswell. When we asked the delivery guy if after 30 minutes it's free becouse it was anenourmouse amount of time. I could have walked there and back. We use to love this place and now we don't know as it hasn't beenthe first time we have been deceived. Read more

The standards have dropped enormously. I order a pizza combo. Pizza arrived I cut half the pizza in 1/3 portions and took a... small piece from the point of the pizza. Way undercook. Showed the waitress and she said she would get a new one. She returnswith the same pizza... now over cooked and a piece missing. I never wanted to laugh so hard. Maybe the cook got hungry while recooking my pizza and helped himself. I have worked as a waitress and barmaid for 15 years and I would never return the same cutpizza back to the table. Presentation is everything and considering came back with less then I sent is just a joke. I would ofbeen ashamed to return that to the table. They service was ok. Waitress seemed to be lost but was very nice. Place is clean.Only gave 2 stars because standards are everything. I usually come here by myself or with my son and spend between 30-60$ hereever week or 2 but after today it will be my last time. Read more
