No indoor service.understafted.bad drive thru communication.the food was good.
I went twice in the past month. Both times they made mistakes and took forever for my order even when I ordered with the mobile... app. Last time I went, they informed me they were closing at noon for lack of employees. Turns out the employees they currentlyhave are not well trained at all. I paid for a sandwich, a sweet cold vanilla drink, a muffin and 10 Timbits. Then they informedme they can't make that sandwich I had already paid for so they made me something else I agreed to. Then I had to ask for myother items (drink, muffin and Timbits) they give me the muffin then I have to ask for the Timbits. They give me the Timbits andI keep waiting for my drink. Eventually another customer comes and they get their drink but I don't get mine so I ask about myvanilla drink. They come back after a while and gave me an iced cappuccino (which had spilled on the cup and they sisint didn'tgive me a napkin to clean it or a straw for that matter ????. I arrived there around 11:55 am. I left at 12:10. I had tenminutes left to eat and go back to work. I am not going there again. Read more
Good service speed, proper covid procedures and overall cleanliness inside. Outside garbages where overfilled and spilling over.... Staff was friendly and courteous. Read more

Service is friendly and ordering was okay. Small selection of baked goods (4 types of timbits, few muffins, etc?). Located... within a gas station / dépanneur but few high and low tables to eat at. No wifi. Read more
The only reason I would recommend this Tim Hortons is to see the incredible amount of flies. They were everywhere in the kitchen... area but their favourite spot was the sweets display. When planning a family outing, you could tell your children "let's go tothe Insectarium" but what you really mean is the Tim Hortons in Saint-Esprit. Read more
