They have good burgers, my grand children love the croquettes.
Mom & I went to have our meal at Harvey?s on Arthur Sauve in St Eustache. Honestly the restaurant needs tender loving care!... It?s seems that it has not been updated or cleaned in ages. The floors, windows, walls, under the benches, is so filthy! Thestaff don?t seem to clean the tables or the trash bins because the bins were discussing dirty!!! And my the staff do not knowhow to greet customers they have no smiles ?. I feel that we were bothering them!!! I also noticed that some wear jewelry andnail polish which by the mapaq you are not supposed to be wearing any of this!!! I know for a fact because I work in this field(kitchen) and we are not allowed to wear nail polish or jewelry. Note it is not the first time I go there! If I could have takinpics to ad them with my comment I certainly would have to prove how our visit was. Also, as we were leaving other customerswere also making comments about how they couldn?t find a clean table to sit at and how dirty the place was! I personallywouldn?t even give it a star! Food was mostly okay, but cold. Service was just barely ok. This location seems to have a hard time getting good staff from what... I see. Came a couple times last year and was told they were closed really early in the evening (around 6-7) more than twice. Theonly reason I give it a chance is because other locations tend to be good. I will stay away in the future! They don't have the capacity to handle customers during rush hour. As for the food... Yikes! I... ordered a salad and you can see what they served me in the pictures. Nothing on the salad was prepared for a salad. They justused the things they put in the burgers to make a salad. The lettuce was at least two days old. The cucumber and the tomato were old too, but thankfully they only put 2-3 slices of each. And finally, no silverware or any dressing in the take out bag. Whata bad experience. I had a problem with an order that I placed but could not pick it up because the restaurant was closed ?Opening hours are not... updated on the mobile application? I sent them a message and the responded right away. And I scheduled a time with them to pickup the food. The food I got is Fresh and super delicious!! It is my favourite Harvey?s now!! Read more
