My daughter and I went there it had been a long day and a half we waited a couple of minutes and it was our turn so I started... ordering in French to the elderly lady who was working there and she said with a sweet smile and kind eyes will that be all andspoke English with me with respect it was very much appreciated and she was the nicest person I had met in a long timeespecially at that restaurant, her name is Ursula so if you go there just know if there's a large old women working there bekind to her she works very hard and she's very nice. ???? I ordered the 18 peace bucket meal with 5 sides & also a 6 peace bucket of chicken when i got home I put all the chicken on a... plater only to as we started to eat we noticed that there was only 4 drum sticks 3 wings and the rest of the chicken waschicken thighs and chicken thighs with the back bone, these people are ripping people off for their money, they don't putchicken breast or chicken ribs apparently so they can make more money do not order from this place.... We usually go here and for the past while they have been giving good size pieces of chicken when you pick it up . So we decided... we should order this time and we ordered a 12 piece bucket meal . Well inside was 7 crusty wings and 3 drumsticks out of 12 so2 pieces were 1 nice meaty piece and the other was half chicken and half skin .. so basically we ended up with no chicken . Wespent 50$ for skin and bones . Who do they think they are . Then we called them up and they even admit to it . You know whatthey said .. they said oh well were sorry that's all we had left . It would have taken us 20 more min to make more . ! It's 7 pmthere open untill 9 pm . Delivery says up to an hour they were here in 15 min . What was the rush where was our chicken. ??They gave us a 20 % discount on our next order.. wow we get to save the tax . Decided to go back since my daughter wanted totry it and again , such a disappointment. Disgusting chicken sandwich, supposed to be famous ???? nothing on it bit a bit ofsauce on both sides , tried to feed some to my dog and she doesn't even want it . Ordered uber. Payed for two meals. Gave %18 tip. Did not receive 1 of my meals. I don't want to wait 40 minutes to have my meal... refunded. Next time send someone else with my missing meal immediately. Read more
Ordered online 35 minutes before the store closed. Never received my order and I have to call the next day before receiving my... refund?. I?m on vacation now and I?ll have to waste an hour trying to explain that I never got the delivery because they have noclue what is going on. They?re saying they?re closed and they can?t refund for now. Just useless stress for nothing. All theother times I?ve ordered it was always missing something. Terrible service. Ordered online to wait for 2 hours. Call them twice. First time told me the order has left for delivery.... Second tome told me they don?t do delivery. Went there to get refunded and they offered me to give me the order. Believe it ornow it was obviously the order that was left there for 2 hours because everything was cold with a funny smell. I believe thatthese kids are limited intellectually and don?t even know what they are doing and don?t have the capacity to answer one simplequestion. No capacity to think and solve a basic situation.
