McDonald's irritates me to no end. I'm starting to think people (me including) are truly insane for continuing to give them the... benefit of doubt. Everytime I'm here mistake after mistake, employees not listening to allergy restrictions, or entire orderwrong on more occasions than I can count, total removal of anything remotely healthy (they even replaced shredded cheese in thechicken wrap to a kraft single! So gross! Blatant disregard for anything MAPAQ...and like an abusive relationship I go back formore torture...definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result aka the Mcdonalds hold! If giving zero stars was possible i would do it.. never again in this mcdonalds until management and staff change.. the line in... the drive thru was longer than montreal airport line without moving even a foot forward after 20 minutes ( was pre order on theapp ) when we went inside to pick it up they were on their phones and nobody even bothered to ask why we are here for. Possibly the worst franchise out there. A 27 minutes wait after placing the order at the drive-thru on a Friday around 10 pm.... When we got the order it was wrong, good thing we checked, and the replacement burger took another 5 minutes to make. The Chaiwas tasteless and was returned for a smoothie. A similar experience last week, there was no staff at the first window to takepayment, so after a 25 minute wait we told the staff at the second window we were abandoning the order and drove away. Thekiosk and app orders are not any quicker or more accurate, if it takes more than 10 minutes to get the order I request a refund.Happens often. Another bad experience driving thru for a quick dinner on the go. Long story short, i've waited 10 minutes at the ordering booth... before I had someone greeting me on the mic! Lucky enough, I was able to order a 10 nuggets trio and a cheeseburger...Once home,(4 minutes away) the food was ice cold..no cheeseburger in the bag and, my coke ended up being a rootbeer! That was the verylast time i went there (St Eustache or any other McDo). Over the last year, and every single time, they managed to make myexpensive (for junk food) and customer experience a sorry mess. I get that there is a manpower shortage, the low wages..thefact that most of times, employees are young students but that cannot justify such a poor, very poor customer service for amultinational fast food brand such as McDonalds! The saddest part in all of this, is that I just waisted 5 minutes of my lifewriting this since the huge team of white collar executives at that same FF restaurant, could not care less or learn fromcustomer's feedback! It's All about profits and performance indicators for them. By ricochet, keeping their bonuses, theirridiculous salary, and positions in their comfortable McDo's head quarters...busy by not doing much more other than looking atcharts! Sorry but that was the very last time I was fooled going there thinking, it would be better than the time before and,please understand that I am not seeking for free food coupons, or any automated apology note. Ordered on the App and went to wait in the designated area ( 1, 2, or 3 ) parking spots as indicated. Took 25 minutes before... the food arrived, only after knocking on the door several times. I have only used the App for this location twice and bothtimes I had the same issue. This McDonald's is absolutely the worst for using the app and waiting. One employee told me it wasimpossible that we waited that long for food after watching about 20 cars pass in the drive through. On the receipt it saidorder was received at 12:45pm and we finally got out food at 1:05pm. Never again . This location is always messing up ordersand their excuses are that they are under-staffed. I just had the most annoying worst experience at this restaurant. The girl kept pretending not to hear me at the drive-thru.... After four times repeating myself she said no English. I pre-ordered on the application so I didn't have to give a whole orderor anything I just had to tell her the number of the order and she was very rude. Shout out to the morning staff around 8AM 091422. Y'all were working HARD and busy af. There was a bit of a wait cause you can... tell there was a rush but they pulled it off. Thanks for the good service even when you were in a crunch. Read more

Everytime I come here it?s a mess. They often mess up my order, or make you wait in the reserved spots for your order. ( keep in... mind I only order small 1-2 items) Today I ordered ice cream and an ice coffee and it took 30 mins. I am not giving anymorechances to this place. Needs a change of management Read more
