Draft beer served at perfect temperature, VERY clean, food was good and served with smiles.
What a disappointment again !! In the past 2 years this place it has been a hit or miss . The only reason why we really go here... is because our little daughters enjoys the chicken animal meal. My husband usually likes it more than me . We buy the chickenbreast meals and we pick up our food through the drive through. Tonight the food was so awful that I would have brought it back. The chicken was super extra dry , greyish brownish color and dark grey bones. Tasted atleast 3 days in the fridge (yes Iunfortunately know that taste ) The gravy was really thick and extremely salty, again tasted like it was cooked 2, 3 times ??Very disgusting ???? The fries were finally cooked tonight but we only received a few .. the coleslaw tasted like old cabbage ,such a sour taste . I suggest b4 serving cabbage someone should test it out first because rotten cabbage taste extremely bad.Even my daughters wrapped cookie was stale . This will be the last time we ever go to any Saint Hubert ever again as I neverwant to ever experience such nastiness ever again in my life .I am an extremely clean person and the food made me spit in myplate and brush my teeth right away . This is for delivery. We used to order all the time, but then they kept forgetting food (like, half of the meals we ordered) and... were always late. Decided to try it again for a child's birthday yesterday. It was of course late as usual with no apology forthe 9 month old waiting to eat dinner let alone the birthday girl, I had ordered it an hour ahead of time. I had the poutineand it was just horrible. The fries were stale, it was cold, the cheese was an unmelted block and the chicken was dumped on inpieces too giant to actually eat in a poutine. What the heck happened to you St Hubert? Read more
I must say this is some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Believe me when I say I considered all... options before deciding this. How busy the restaurant was. The possibility of being short staffed. Trouble in the kitchen. Wentthere with 3 kids aged 10-7 and 20 months. Wanted to get in a last meal before they closed down dining rooms again. From startto finish this meal took 1hr40min. We saw other patrons come on 30 min after us and leave 30 min before us. Unlimited beveragesis only nice of you can manage to get one. Coleslaw was brought in a big bowl with nothing to put it in to eat it. A juice wasforgotten and my child had to wait 20 min before we saw the waitress again. The 2 star review was 1 star because the quality offood remains decent and the one str I am forced to give it leaving a review. Read more
Every time I order there are days portions of fries are good filled then other days I get very little fries. On top of that a... long hair came out of my fries I threw the whole thing in the garbage it was gross . I find prices went really up I will stopordering from this resto. Read more
Had a really great experience, good staff kind and mindful, cheerful and always ready to serve. Quick service and good portions.... Maybe the food was not very hot how i like it but it was warm enough. We ordered ribs and they tasted delicious. We took ourtime and did not feel rushed, felt welcomed actually. I strongly recommend and will go back. Read more
