Their wrap is really good, im not the one ordering the food so i dont notice mutch if there is a long wait. Sometimes the staff... is forgetfull but at least they ask us for things in our order instead of not putting it in. It does kinda sucks that thedoughnuts are in bags so the frosting sticks to the bag (and not the doughnut). But other than that the restaurant is ok. Read more

Management here is terrible. If you can avoid this Tim hortons and go to another one DO IT. I?ve gotten moldy bread from them,... they charged us 16$ for two coffees (guessing the worker wanted a tip) and their decaf coffee isn?t even decaf so if you have abad tolerance to caffeine good luck! Honestly disgusting , it?s always dirty inside too. Read more

Well, what can I say. Only two customers in front of me and my wife. The cashier was training a new employee. We understood the... situation. The cashier was a bit crude and missing the Happy Face. We ordered one muffin and one bagel with two medium coffees.Well we waited and waited. There were bunches of employees everywhere but it took for ever to get our order. We received ourorder missing the bagel. We waited, what else could we do. We finally received the bagel which we had ordered with honey, justto be informed at this time that they had no more honey. I was charged 0.30 cents for the honey and we never received a refund.Additionally there was no napkins in the bag,so i had to go and request a second time napkins. And just to finish it off werequested coffee mug holders because the coffee in the paper mugs are just too hot to hold. O, did i tell you that, surprisethere were none in the bag or around the coffee mugs. Frustrating set in, we got up to leave and heard the customer next to ussay, we asked for napkins and there is none. They were not happy. Instead of focusing on volume and a massive amount of productsto sell, maybe Tim's should concentrate on product and service quality. Just too bad, i really at one time lovedTim's. One of the worst Tim Hortons ever! Most of the staffs are nice, but really slow. Check your bag before leaving because there's... always something missing! There's an old lady (a witch) who always screams at customers & she never says hi only: "la commande".Can't believe she has a job! She should be fired.
