Disgusting food. Chicken tasted like dirt. Horrible service.
Aug 2, 2022 Tuesday . I?ve been to this restaurant more than 20 times. I always like it. Today it?s extremely disappointing. We... dined in with 2 kids. We asked if the nuggets are real chicken meat. The reply is yes. The nuggets turned out to be tastelessand gross. Both kids only had one bite and won?t eat. Our chicken is rubberly. I?m not sure what happened today. They have nobutter for my bread when we asked. Also they are no wet cloths for our hands. They used to have them. Very disappointing. Ithink 3-star rating is too high for this visit. The chicken is excellent. They serve you unlimited sauce, bread, coleslaw anddrinks. The chef?s choice is the best deal and you can tell them you prefer dark or white meat if at all possible, they mightaccommodate you although not always. I?m not sure if they serve soup here like the one in Gatineau. I?ll go tonight and checkit out. The staff here are very friendly and hardworking. Like "Swiss Chalet", only better. They seem to care more about the food quality than your typical Swiss Chalet. I find that... the grade of chicken and ribs served here is higher than Swiss Chalet, and it's cooked and packaged much better when you orderfor takeout too. The only "negative" I could highlight is the dine-in experience requires you to order, pay, then sit down -versus you going to your table and having a server take your order. This is not a big deal to me, but it's the only thing I cansay gives Swiss Chalet any edge over this place. Read more
Pleasant staff, clean restaurant and bathrooms. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy. The crinkle fries are a nice change... from other restaurants. The only issue is the French only staff and menu board and there were no paper take out menus availableso I'm unsure if they are bilingual. All in all a good experience for my first time here. Very clean, modern, new restaurant. Staff spoke English and were nice about helping us. Salad & soup bar. Environmentally... conscious place. Portions were large and the food was well prepared. Personally, I didn't love the gravy or desserts butthat's a matter of personal preference. Read more

We used to eat at Benny and Co almost every Friday for a couple years. Not at this location thankfully. While in Mont Tremblant... on the weekend we decided to grab something quick with the kids. Instead of drive through we decided to go in. First, the ladyworking the cash was miserable. My wife and I got the usual wrap and poutine. The kid's meals were 5 chicken nuggets each andFrench fries of course. Cost us almost $90 and apparently fountain drinks are not included in the combos. The debit machineasks for a tip even though we server ourselves and are expected to clean our plates from the tables. The little kid play area inthe corner had garbage all over the floor inside. When we finished eating, we couldn't put our plates away because the rackswere overflowing with dirty plates. This place has a serious identity crisis it's like fast food that's trying to be arestaurant. I do not recommend this location. Read more
