Went there at around 6pm it was very busy, the line went all the way to the door. Took about 20mins to order and get the food.... Other then that everything was great, as you?d expect from belle province. Read more

This location is very dirty. Not only did I find a hair in my poutine, the workers were very rude, disrespectful and talk behind... peoples back. I understand French and they thought I didn?t and talked about my friends and I in front of us. I had asked thecashier nicely for ?no bacon? which clearly means no bacon in any language French or not and they handled it unprofessionallyand started talking about my race and culture. They then said and I quote, ? These people come to our part of the city and thenthey ask us for no bacon, they should go somewhere else.? They said other things too which was very rude. This is a very racistplace in my opinion and people should not come here unless they belong to Quebec. They were also very rude and mixed upeveryone?s order and even though they made a mistake with our order they forced us to have the food and talked back and maderacist comments when we tried to let them know there was a mistake. ( They never fixed it up). I would definitely NOT recommendthis place ever to any one and will not be coming back. Such a terrible place with terrible manners! Read more
Gross over priced food with staff who talk bad about you right in front of you. Avoid at all costs. Totally disgusting and... disrespectful. I threw out my food. Never again!! Read more
Really great price on burgers. If you order the double burger, you won't need anything else. Their daily specials are also a... very fair price. The poutine may seem overpriced but it is loaded with cheese curds to the max. The only reason for not 5-staris their hours of operation are terrible. In one week, I went 4 times and was only able to dine once (one time they closed at 10but the girl who served us said they closed now, and their closing hour was 8:45pm- seriously who closes at 845 and not 9) whilethe other two times their were understaffed and thus could no longer serve guests. My favourite are the fries as they truly arehandcut carnival style fries. Read more
Dine in wasn't available the couple of times we visited, but the drive though was quick and there were a couple of benches... outside. Overall a great experience, the regular poutine is just amazing, though slightly pricey for the quantity. Read more
