It?s not the first time my boyfriend and I go eat there. However, today I found a piece of plastic wrapper in my poutine. To me,... this is unacceptable. Although, I do understand mistakes can happen so I just took it out and enjoyed my poutine. What I foundterrible was the service... They had more than enough staff to deal with the long lineup of people, but the majority of them hadno reaction to it. No one from the ?team? took it upon themselves to excuse the expression ?move their butts? and give a quickand satisfying service. The majority of them are young people starting out and I get that. However, they do not seem to have anykind of follow up with the way they are taught to give a good service. It takes them way too long to give out the orders.
