It?s not the first time my boyfriend and I go eat there. However, today I found a piece of plastic wrapper in my poutine. To me,... this is unacceptable. Although, I do understand mistakes can happen so I just took it out and enjoyed my poutine. What I foundterrible was the service... They had more than enough staff to deal with the long lineup of people, but the majority of them hadno reaction to it. No one from the ?team? took it upon themselves to excuse the expression ?move their butts? and give a quickand satisfying service. The majority of them are young people starting out and I get that. However, they do not seem to have anykind of follow up with the way they are taught to give a good service. It takes them way too long to give out the orders. After reading many good reviews of Fromagerie Lemaire, I decided to give it a try. The poutine is excellent but lack sauce. I... ate a Poutine with cheese curds and fries. I also ordered a Hamburger which was the most disgusting Hamburger I have evertasted. I threw it where it belonged in the garbage. Many rank this place has the #1 poutine, so the bar was pretty high. The cheese is great and the quality can be tasted... considering the cheese, but everything else is pretty disappointing. You can have better poutine at Ashton or even at Poutini?sin Toronto. Even the grilled cheese was garbage. I could make a better grilled cheese than them in jail with my iron. Read more
