Stopped by here on a road trip and what a great find! Had a smoked meat sandwich, poutine and a dipped cone for dessert. The... smoked meat was tender and flavorful, the fries in the poutine were crisp and delicious and everything in the dipped cone wasperfect (soft serve ice cream itself, espresso dip, and the delicious waffle cone). This is a snack bar specializing in grilled cheese sandwiches. They offer several options, including nice whole grain bread,... organic ham, and local cheeses. The "classique" is Kraft cheese.
