I cannot begin to explain how disgusted I am with this location. Yesterday, Wednesday June 22nd at 8pm, my boyfriend and his... friend stop to get a burger. As they are walking in, there is another man walking in at the same time. A woman approached them,looked at my boyfriend and his friend and told them they could not go in to buy burgers, but the other man can. My boyfriend,puzzled by this, asked why? She replied ?oh, we?re closing we?re not taking anymore orders? then looked at the other man andsaid ?but you can go in a buy one?. It?s unfortunate that I have to say this for people to understand why she might act thisway. My boyfriend (Latino) and his friend( black) had just come from working outside all day and were pretty dirty. The man whoshe was telling can go in to buy a burger was white. Even he couldn?t believe why she was saying this. So my boyfriend and hisfriend left, they did not want to cause any trouble. Waited 25 minutes to get my order at the drive through, but it was at noon so in the peak. Had to wait in the parking lot after... paying which is not too bad but with the price of gas and the heat of summer it is a pain. When the guy finally brought ourorder for 4 people, he just kept stuffing my face with the different bags and boxes (for the kids), without giving me a chanceto actually grab the stuff. I thought I was in a comedy show when I turned my head to say "seriously?!" but he was alreadygone. We had quite the laugh for how ridiculous it was but in terms of service I would have rated 0 stars, since on top of thatthe cashier was stone cold. I had a promotion code for 13.99 but they charged me 15.88. Asked the cashier to explain but she refused to change it!!!! Too... bad for a well known brand like A&W Read more
The fries were cold, we asked for vinegar and salt and found about 10 packets of ketchup instead. My mozzaburger was super... sloppy, I had to restack it. I guess when you are just getting take out, the staff doesn't really care. I won't be going back tomy previous favorite take out. Read more
Awesome food, I'm really surprised about service. I ordered through the app and I arrived at a peak hour but I couldn't wait I... asked to cancel it and left. Later that day I returned because it was not cancelled but instead of refunding or refusing myrequest they actually recognized me and provide me with my order freshly done. Awesome job!!! Read more
Can I give 0 stars seriousely??? The most unfriendly staff there is on earth, and how long does it take to assemble a burger... where everything is already pre-made and on top of everything you mess it up 3 times while I'm watching you make it and I haveto remind from the counter that it is not what I ordered!!!!!!
