I usually order from the branch on Mnt Saint-Hubert, but it is temporarily closed. That being said I ordered from this branch... thinking I would be getting the same quality... I mean there both Jacques Cartier Pizza's... I have never been so wrong. Iordered a Quebecoise like I usually do, the pizza had much less bacon and the cheese was complete garbage. Rather that being astringy light taste mozzarella it tasted like strong cheddar that sticks to your teeth. What's the point of having a franchiseif there's no quality control from one place to another... On top of it the prices have gone out of hand. You can't increasethe price and lower quality at the same time... Definitely never buying from there again! Read more

You just can't rely on them...Better to have a plan B for food when you order from them...pizza was delivered 2 hours after I... ordered! I called 3 times ( told them again my adress ) and everytime I got the answer: it will arrive in 5 min ! Justridiculous.....be honest with your clients if you know it might take longer ! I will never order from this pizza place again and I advise you all to take your business elsewhere. The prices are ridiculous.... The pizza came uncut and undercooked. I had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it. There was basically no tomato sauce onit either. Terrible overpriced pizza. Read more

Even though I work at a well known pizza restaurant I have ordered from Jaques Cartier on Edward many times over the years for... the fries and a pretty good pizza but lately each time I order it gets worse and Sunday was the last straw when I ordered asmall pizza a poutine a Pepsi and an apple juice and it cost 30 dollars not including tip and the pizza dough was raw and thefries were pure white having never been cooked and softened only because of the sauce and steamed in the container on the way.The pepperoni also tasted off and even my 2 year old granddaughter was smart enough not to eat any of it. First things first the menu i would have to say caters to lot of diffrent tastes and needs. Prices are fair and they do have a... good selection of combos/trios. I found it was fair to pay for a cheese burger ..poutine and 7 up for 13.20( tax included) itwas A10 on menu with extra cheese. Portions are amazing ..i feel very full. Hamburger was good ..not dry and perfectlycooked..nice amount of cheese and sauces. Came hot and the cheese was melted so on 5 stars i will give it a 5/5 . Poutine washalf one ..nice amount of cheese and sauce. My only complaint is fries could been tad more cooked. For that reason i will onlybe giving this 4/5 . Also it was hot so that was good. 7 up ..came nice cold so that is plus . 5/5 Staff on the phone...goodjob and they were very professional and respectful so that is another 5/5 for me. Driver: Friendly dude and very respectful .He frogot deb machine in his car but he did hurry to go out and get it without any attuide so therefore that is a 5/5.
