The food is good but the wait time is terrible. Please review how you schedule your orders to improve.
First time going here and quite disappointed. We went around 7:30 pm and there was only one person ahead of us and we waited 20... mins for our order, the guy who ordered after us got his food before us. The person making the submarine was not wearing hismask properly and drinking his drink over it all while touching everything with his hands. I was not impressed by the hygienemeasures and was completely grossed out. Fries overcooked and dry, hot dogs hard. The only person who knew what he was doing wasthe one taking orders, he took charge and was trying to push through the orders. Read more
Manager can't be bothered to put on his mask correctly. "Employees wanted" printed permanently on front door. Line of 6 clients... didn't move in 15 minutes. Left when I noticed the manager not wearing his mask correctly(nose out voluntarily) Lost myappetite. Read more
