After trying, lots of breakfast places, decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised. Red velvet pancakes and a... cinnamon bun filled with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheeses. They even cater to the kiddies with colored chocolate chippancakes. Next time am bringing my granddaughter. Nothing ordinary here. I was hesitant about the whole cinnamon bun thing, butI actually enjoyed it. Their potatoes are my fave of all other breakfast places. Coffee good too. The staff was friendly andwelcoming. Good restaurant, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. I ordered the avocado toast which was great but I found the bread soggy, this... can probably be prevented by toasting it longer. The home fries were hot; delicious and super tasty!! The poached eggs I found atouch watery.. and I felt SUPER DEHYDRATED after my meal which tells me there is way too much salt in it.. I don?t know if itwas the potatoes or the mashed avocado ? But maybe just add less salt.. it would help improve everyone?s health.! Excellent and quick service! I was pretty happy not to see a lineup at the door. Usually, we have to wait about 30 minutes to... get to other brunch restaurants. The staff is very nice. Delicious. I assumed from the name that it would be a wrap and smoothie place. While there are four different varieties of... avocado toast, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had all sorts of breakfast items. The waffles were fluffy. We came to Pur & Simple for the first time today and had a lovely experience. This restaurant truly respects COVID protocols,... leaving us feeling safe and valued. The wait time to receive water and coffee was a little long, but the service was sofriendly and welcoming! The skillets were absolutely delicious, probably the best I?ve had across multiple restaurants, withthe right portions to leave you feeling full and satisfied! All the flavours were so nicely balanced that I?d probably order thesame thing again! My only feedback as an eggs Benedict lover is that there?s nothing ?pure and simple? about the optionsavailable. This is my go-to and sadly each option is meat heavy and the only meatless option is insanely packed with ingredientsthat it kind of ruins the essence of it. There?s no simple ?mushroom and Swiss? or ?spinach and cheddar? or ?asparagus andcheddar? option. Highly recommend coming here if you haven?t yet! I?ll be coming back with my family for sure!
