This location needs to SHUTDOWN!! Poor customer service. Quesada should be ashamed by the service of short girl working in this... store. She mentioned to give only one line of sauce and when asked to add more she mentioned there is a rule in this store whichcan?t change. When I mentioned her about another Quesada location being really nice with my requests she mentioned thislocation is the best and can?t help much especially when it comes to following thumb rule of one of sauce per burrito. If I amthe owner of this store, I would not hire such staff even if she works for free. And as per her attitude she looked like theowner, so I would like to mention this to Quesada that if I am the CEO I would definitely flag this incident as it is notacceptable as per Standard Operating Procedures of such franchise. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Shortest girl in store made my bowl. Her behavior towards us was extremely rude... and unprofessional. She was giving unnecessarily comments while making my bowl. She had her own rules to make bowl as per herchoice. We felt regret for visiting this store. She should learn customer services first. I love this place. They know how to make a burrito ????. The fact that they ask if you want black beans and let them drain... before putting them on your burrito so it's not soggy and dripping all over the place shows how thoughtful they are. PS: Theowner is one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Worth the trip. Read more

Food was okay, chicken in burrito bowl was cold while it was warm in the quesadillas, it is a ?fast food? place unlike a real... restaurant with cutlery and table service. Regarding the quesadillas, cheap plastic utensils that don?t cut through thequesadillas without ripping the paper underneath, as there?s no real plate either so the experience for quesadillas is 0 starsif I could rate it that.
