This has the freshest, most long lasting squeechy curd cheese. $17.50 a kilo and you will wolf it down - its so tasty. Eat... within 3 days. Keep fresh but do not refrigerate. Make poutine. Excellent pizzas; tonnes of toppings. They also offer cheeses, breads, and even maple products.
