Food and service was nice even if they were way understaff that night

This restaurant offers quality service and excellent food. The staff are a welcoming, polite, attentive and patient. The food... and drink products are always fresh, tasty and served with care. The bread grill/bar is still open, but it’s the servers whobring bread and butter to your table on demand for you to prepare your toasts then go grill them yourself. The food tasted great, portions are pretty good but the service was extremely slow, items forgotten, extra items charged. The food was ok. But there were several things that went wrong. It took us 2.5 hrs to eat when we ordered right away. They... forget our wine twice and finally brought it toward the end of the meal. They brought our bread after we had been waiting for 45mins. The service was horrible and they are severely disorganized and slow. For people with kids beware. You will be waiting aLONG time to eat so bring crayons or entertainment for your kids. Read more

Good food for a decent price. Staff is okay.

We’ve come here often enough, breakfast is a good time to go since the menu is pretty good along with the toast bar, but the... lunch and dinner menu isn’t that great. Both recent times we’ve gone the orders have been wrong (vegetarian requirementscame with meat) and service was slow after the lunch rush. Read more

Disappointing. I had good memories from my childhood visits at Pacini, but, as an adult, the most exciting part of the meal —... the bread bar — doesn't make up for the bland food. The dining room was also fairly noisy and many of the diners had acomplete disregard for the "Please use tongs" signs at said bread bar. It wasn't cheap either... Read more
