This place need to see Tims head office manager how they are making wrong orders for customers who ordered in english. They dont... have anyone who can speeking english. They are only speek and understand francais and people who cant speek francais dont wastea time to speek. You need to show them what do you need and also people working at here they said we are in Qubeca and we dontneed to learn english and they told me you should learn francais next time you came here. I just wanna say to Tims owner ormanager. If anyone wann came from USA to Qubeca for visiting do they need to learn francais 1st or Tims hiring a people who canspeek both language?. Worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. We were treated rudely for no reason, then waited 15 minutes to get our order, and once we... got back to the car, realized it was the wrong order even though we specifically checked (and the woman sighed at us for it).And the food ended up being cold. Read more
