I?m sorry I have to say that McDonald?s on Saint Jacques next to the entrance to the 20 W. has seriously gone down when it comes... to customer service. The orders continuingly get put together wrong every time I visit. For a simple cheeseburger trio with onlytwo clients (myself and one other person) at the cash I had to wait almost 20 minutes. The restaurant was empty and I had towait almost 20 minutes for a friggin cheeseburger/ bacon trio. They have almost 6 employees walking around in the kitchenignoring us. After I ordered I asked someone if they can order me another burger for the road and I swear to god it was likethey were a deer that was caught staring at car headlights. I don?t like leaving bad reviews but perhaps this review will helpmake a change. Your orders seriously have to be a lot faster and your employees have to make more of an effort to communicateproperly to the clients. Read more
