I did not enjoy the bubble tea at all, no tapioca and made out of soy milk. I received this explanation after receiving my drink... which is unfortunate. The tea itself had a whipped cream texture instead of being the usual liquid. Read more

Very disapointed. First of all how can you this a bubba, bubble tea if you dont even have tapioca pearls? Second of all prices... are higher than everywhere else. Third, I ordered coconut and it tasted like unsweetened plain 2% milk. I dont see the hype overthis place sorry but stick to Chatime. Read more

Very uncomfortable and sterile business, felt like was waiting in a Dr office. The drinks weren't very good would not go back... again. Disappointing service and extremely rude owner. Feel that he doesn't grasp what being in the hospitality businessactually means. (also bizarre weird smell that comes from the can spray they use to clean the tables) - The waitress was nicethough. "Edit to my review due to business's response, which was also quite rude." Sorry for making the assumption that it wasthe owner, he just seem to be. The older man that was working that day was very rude. In addition, I did not get or ask fortable service like the person responding assumed. We got a chia latte and hot chocolate, while the chia was really good, the hot chocolate was very bland with no flavour of... chocolate at all (see photo), just hot milk with enough chocolate/ Cocoa to change the colour. Read more

This place is so special to us. Great service all the time and the teas are personalized. The ambiance is soothing. We were sad... when they moved because their first place was so charming. Their new location feels a little more industrial but still great! Read more
