I waited 30 mins at the drive through to get a wrap without the cheese inside. The employee was nice though.
Service has to improve. I mean it shows how much pressure they have to serve the customer quickly and most employees making your... sandwich won't take in consideration that you've ask for bread toasted better or my problem is with their strip of uncooked fatthey call bacon! I don't know if It's all the same now because I once worked at the Tim close to Wal-Mart and we had thick sliceto cook perfectly well to a crisp!! So instead of throwing away the bacon in my sandwich, I decided to politely ask to have mybacon well done and crispy.
