At the order window we received RUDE comments that they don't understand our order and asked us Rudely to come to the... window. Have waited for 20 min and when finally tried ordering Chiken Bowl (new menu) we were told Rudely;" No chiken so I willnot be doing this" with attitude like we were asking something from another world. I waited 30 mins at the drive through to get a wrap without the cheese inside. The employee was nice though.

Service has to improve. I mean it shows how much pressure they have to serve the customer quickly and most employees making your... sandwich won't take in consideration that you've ask for bread toasted better or my problem is with their strip of uncooked fatthey call bacon! I don't know if It's all the same now because I once worked at the Tim close to Wal-Mart and we had thick sliceto cook perfectly well to a crisp!! So instead of throwing away the bacon in my sandwich, I decided to politely ask to have mybacon well done and crispy. Hardly ever answer theor phone. They cancel skip orders constantly (even if its 2 hours before close), service can be very poor,... the workers are often rude (surprisingly the younger workers are the nicer ones). I almost always get the exact same thing:caramel cappuccino glace and a honey glazed donuts - funny enough though, I never get the same thing. It always tastesdifferent. They had only like 6 types of donuts yet they didn't even allow us to order the donuts we like because there were only 6 left... (we wanted 5). Had to yell for the lady to hear. Had quite a terrible experience overall. Read more

I usually only rate places I like to go. On this case I'm making an exception because I used to love Tim's. Some blame the sale... of the chain to another holder, but whatever the reason, the quality has gone down hill to a point I threw my meal in thegarbage =/. I've noticed the steady decline in ingredient and prep quality on more than one franchise as well. I'm now avoidTim's altogether unless I'm in a pinch and if so, I would avoid everything but the coffee and donuts. Read more
