The only thing I ask for is a coffee that tastes like what I ordered. This is the only Tim Horton?s that actually mixes the... sugar and, well, doesn?t forget to add it. The service is always good at this Tim?s and I?ll keep going there. Keep up the greatwork! Read more

As Tim Hortons go it's pretty standard. The staff is always helpful and courteous but they aren't the fastest when it comes to... at the counter service, drive-thru clients always get priority and it seems like there are always clients at the takeoutwindow.... Edit... The service here now stinks. Even if you're the only person their and you're just getting a coffee, be readyto wait. I've been stuck there with four cars ahead of me and waited 45 minutes. There are better Tim Hortons nearby. Read more

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I struggle with my French and they are patient and try to help translate, even if they... struggle with their English. The food and coffee is delicious. The store was clean and tidy. Read more

First stop in Canada - you have to go all the way around the roundabout to get there. Our phones stopped working when we crossed... the border so it was a great place to get our bearings. The on-ramp to keep heading north is just past the roundabout andWalmart is nearby if you need a new SIM card, as we did. Good food and friendly staff too. Read more

They seems like they are going under. Cannot for the life of me get a breakfast potato that is not over cooked and rock hard and... to many time they say no more eggs when it 9h30 in the morning. Should some one tell them they do breakfast? Used to be a fanbut now I'll drive out of my way to go at McDonald's for a proper cooked potato and breakfast. Gave Tim's many chances and triesa few different location but always an issue. Read more

The guy took our order for 4 lunch meals, then only served us 3 lunches and then claimed we never ordered 4 lunches even though... we are 4 people and we each ordered our own lunch before my husband paid for all of us. He then told us we had to speak to themanager as we were only charged for 3 meals, however, acted as if it was our fault. Meanwhile, they had more staff in the storethan customers at 12:30pm on a Sunday, so customer service should have been relatively easy. Read more

When asked about Christmas cards the barista seemed extremely inconvenienced. Especially when I asked to see the different kinds... of gift cards there were, she laid them out in front of me aggressively and said they only made one Christmas selection thisyear due to the fact that with the Christmas holiday being so short it's not really worth the hassle of making more than oneselection. Very negative. The service was disappointing. I don't really enjoy going places and having the employees be bitchywith me, I can understand having a bad day, and I sympathize, but don't take it out on me. Read more
